Anthony J. DiGuiseppe AIA RIBA is President and CEO of DiGuiseppe Architect, primarily a small boutique design firm that successfully integrates the architectural and interior design into a cohesive environment for its clients, that incorporates  wellness and sustainability.  Furthermore DiGuiseppe is characteristically unique in the design field by providing in house procurement services, for all its clients. The firm goes beyond the typical FF&E purchases and acting as an agent to purchase many construction related items saving the developer/ client at least 25% on the overall construction budget. The firm specializes in lifestyle, boutique properties that can maximize creativity and individuality, and provides indigenous and genuine experiences for its guests/ clients.   The firm has its base in New York City, with satellites in the Hudson Valley and Boca Raton.
He is a Registered Architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects since 1985, as well as a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Mr. DiGuiseppe attended the United States Naval Academy for Naval Architecture and Analytical Management; he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Architecture from City College of New York. He is also a long standing delegate for the Global Wellness Summit, and the Chair of the Marbletown Historic Preservation Commission.

His architecture and interior design work has been published extensively in the United States, the Caribbean and Great Britain, The Hudson Valley ChronogramAmerican Spa Magazine, Hospitality Design, Curbed New York, European Spa Magazine, Hotel Design (cover), Boutique Design, Interior Design and Hotel and Motel Management. DiGuiseppe has been recognized by Hotel Management for each year since 2005 as one of the Top Design Firms. Interior Design Magazine has honored the firm amongst the Giants of Hospitality.  He has spoken at conferences for the hospitality industry; the Lodging Conference in Phoenix, BITEC, HOTEC, IMN panels in New York, Miami, and Las Vegas on Condo Hotels, and has spoken at the Global Spa & Wellness Summit in Istanbul, Morocco, and Aspen on the Future of Architecture and industry events on Green and Sustainable design, was invited to join Hotel Design Magazines' Design Roundtable at HD in Miami Beach, as well as judging the International Student Spa Competition for the GWS.

Recent projects include Sustainable Private residences ,hotels, spas, multi-family and restaurantsThe Artezen Hotel a Four Star property  in the downtown financial district, The Broadway Plaza reimanging in NYC’s  NoMad historical district, The rebranding of Ipanema in New York Citys' Little Brazil,  the Five Star Spa at the Lotte New York PalaceThe Dominick Hotel and Spa,   featuring the first and only hammam in NYC garnering the accollades as the Best Spa in North America by European Spa Magazine,  the renowned Gurneys' Inn Resort & Spa, The historical Providence Biltmore Hotel, The Emerson Resort & Spa (nominated for Best Spa by Boutique Hotel Magazine for 2008, which achieved four stars from Mobil), the award-winning Niagara Falls Crowne Plaza (best renovation of the year) and a sustainable resort concept in Sint Maarten, rebranding of 10 Exhale Spas at the Epic Miami, The GansvoortThe Loews Miami Beach, etc  and a series of multi-family projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn as well as in Aurora, Illinois.
